Job Description

Looking to TRADE UP your career?! Canfield is looking for a talented Drain Advisor to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes
  • Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process
  • Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers
  • Thoroughly prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects seamlessly to the installation team
  • Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion
  • Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with the sewer sales team
  • Assist customers with financing options for their projects

What YOU Will Bring

  • 2+ years of home services sales experience (required)
  • Residential plumbing experience a plus
  • ServiceTitan experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others
