Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Canfield is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join our growing residential HVAC team. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who want to maximize earnings while enjoying consistent weekdays off.

Weekends are when demand is highest—and when customers are most available and ready to move forward. That means better calls, stronger close rates, and higher average tickets.


Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus plus uncapped commission
  • Total earning potential of $55/hour+ with commission

What You’ll Do as a Weekend HVAC Service Technician

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
  • Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
  • Certification from a technical or trade school
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
