Salary: $17 - $21/hour

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of CSR experience required.
  • 1+ years of Call Center experience preferred.
  • Experience with Service Titan or the home services industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Word, email, and CMS software, is a plus.
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to confirm or clarify information and offer solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and solving.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Commitment to building lasting relationships with customers and team members.
